General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the mutual rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the buyer and MB “Fast-Tune” (legal entity code [insert], registered address Antavilių g. 23-3, Vilnius, Lithuania).

1.2. By placing an order on the website www.ftune.lt, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1.3. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version shall enter into force from the date of publication on the website.

Conclusion of the Contract

2.1. A purchase–sale agreement is considered concluded when the buyer places an order and completes payment.

2.2. The Seller confirms receipt of the order by email.

Prices and Payment

3.1. All prices are indicated in euros (€).

3.2. Available payment methods:

Online banking
Credit / debit card
Bank transfer

3.3. The Seller has the right to cancel the order if payment is not received within 3 business days.

Delivery

4.1. Goods are delivered via courier services or may be collected in person (where applicable).

4.2. Delivery timeframes are specified on the product page.

4.3. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or force majeure circumstances.

Warranty

5.1. A 24-month statutory warranty applies to consumers in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

5.2. The warranty does not apply to defects resulting from improper use, installation, modification, or external damage.

Liability

6.1. The Seller shall not be liable for damages resulting from the buyer’s failure to follow product instructions or proper usage guidelines.

6.2. The Seller’s liability is limited to the value of the order, except where mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.

Final Provisions

7.1. All disputes shall first be resolved through negotiations.

7.2. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
