RETURN POLICY (14 DAYS)

Right of Withdrawal
1.1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days without providing any reason.
1.2. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which the consumer receives the goods.
Return Conditions
2.1. The returned item must be:
Unused
Undamaged
In its original packaging
2.2. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective.
Refunds
3.1. Refunds are issued within 14 days from the date the returned goods are received.
3.2. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction.
Exceptions (Cases Where the 14-Day Right Does Not Apply)
In accordance with Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Custom-made or personalized goods
Perishable goods
Digital content if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior consent
